I haven't really picked up my laptop to do some designing in a while. The most recent "design" I've done is making layouts for my blogs, and those were more drag and drop than anything. The two I'm most proud of are these two: Point and Shoot Life | Digital Alchemy PaSL needs to be fixed and tweaked. I'm not fully happy with the banner - it was a quick and dirty edit of a picture I had taken recently. I'm not even 100% on the color scheme, so that may even change. So, I bought a new camera back when my taxes came back. I really needed a new one; my old one was given to me when I had just graduated high school as my graduation present, and while it is a good camera, it couldn't take the pictures that I knew I wanted to take. So I went out, looked at some cameras and tested them out in store before settling on a Kodak Easy Share, 10 MP. It has a 12x Optical (and I think 4x Digital) zoom, has many different functions, and can handle wide-range landscape shots all the way down to macro shots. I am currently working on several different projects, including some web sites and some at-home things. Several changes are going to take place, and I am finding myself excited! My first semester at school has come and gone, making me that much closer to my ultimate goal of getting into the print industry. I'm trying to learn as much as I can, while brushing up on everything I learned while at ITT. Currently, I am working on a painting that is as yet untitled, but I hope to have it completed this weekend. I've been working on this since Christmas, but had to put it aside because of school.
